Popular band composer and film music orchestrator Rossano Galante was the featured conductor in a program of his music at Jacksonville University on March 2, 2024. This partner concert included the JU Wind Ensemble and the First Coast Wind Symphony in a series featuring noted contemporary American composers.
Galante's music is immediately appealing, and the audience enjoyed the story-telling character of each work!
